PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
Key responsibilities:
Plan and prepare production schedule according to sales forecast or customer order.
Analysis of Monthly Production Planning.
Communicate and coordinate with Production team and other related departments (e.g. Warehouse, Sales & Marketing) regularly to ensure smooth flow of production process in order to achieve production output goals and requirements.
Daily management of production processes including planning & control, material & inventory control and manpower planning.
Liaise with QC department for any non-conformance arising during the production process, troubleshoot and resolve non-conformance.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years related working experience in Manufacturing / Production Operation environment.
Computer literate and has knowledge of MS Office.
Good communication, leadership skill, and ability to work under minimum supervision.
Analytical, highly motivated, and able to motivate and supervise staff.
Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 is an added advantage.
Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Working location at Sejingkat Industrial Park,Kuching or Miri .
