Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university / institution.
Preferably with 3 to 5 years of working experience in the supervision of building and civil works.
Registration with BEM as an Inspector of Works (IOW) is preferred.
Familiarity with QA/QC practices and procedures at the project site.
