SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Kuching
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily outlet visits (minimum 10 - 20 outlets/day) within assigned territory
Achieve monthly sales targets, collection targets, and SKU distribution targets
Open new accounts and increase product listings in existing outlets
Ensure strong merchandising execution (visibility, display, stock rotation)
Monitor stock levels, expiry, and reorder cycles at outlet level
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key decision-makers
Submit daily sales reports, collection updates, and route plans (via WhatsApp/reporting system) Cover outstation areas including Limbang, Lawas, Marudi, Batu Niah &Bekenu (scheduled trips required)
Requirements
Must possess own transport (motorbike/car)
Willing to travel outstation regularly (Limbang, Lawas, Marudi, Batu Niah, Bekenu)
Experience in FMCG / distributor sales is preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Disciplined, aggressive, and self-motivated
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance + High Commission Structure

Outstation claimable expenses

High performers can achieve RM4,000 – RM6,000+ monthly income
