We are seeking a proactive and detailed-oriented Junior Recruiter & Mobilisation Support to support recruitment
operations and personnel mobilisation activities. This role will focus on maintaining an accurate candidate database,
supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring efficient coordination of mobilisation requirements for
project deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Database Management
Maintain and update the internal recruitment database, ensuring all candidate records, interactions, and status
updates are accurate and current
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews to assess candidate suitability
Support job postings and manage high-volume recruitment inboxes (e.g. SEEK and internal channels)
Conduct proactive outreach via phone and email to confirm candidate availability and maintain engagement
Build and maintain a structured talent pipeline of pre-qualified candidates to support current and future hiring
needs
Ensure timely and accurate upload of resumes and candidate information into internal systems
Personnel Mobilisation
Coordinate with workforce management, site representatives, and travel providers to arrange mobilisation
logistics (e.g. flights, accommodation, site access)
Work closely with the mobilisation team to align on project schedules, personnel requirements, and compliance
standards
Maintain and categorise candidate pools to support rapid deployment and reduce time-to-fill for roles
Verify candidate compliance by ensuring all required certifications, licences, and “tickets” are valid and up to date
Ensure all personnel complete required site inductions prior to mobilisation
Deployment & Site Integration
Ensure personnel are fully briefed on deployment schedules, site requirements, and operational expectations
Communicate any updates to site protocols, mobilisation arrangements, or project requirements
Support a smooth transition of personnel from onboarding to site deployment
Essential Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or mobilisation support
Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews
Strong administrative and database management skills with high attention to detail
Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes and candidate pipelines
Ability to coordinate logistics and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders
Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
Additional Information
May be required to support mobilisation activities outside standard working hours.
