SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR    - ULU PAKU, BETONG, Sarawak
To assist company to monitor subcon work quality on site.
To monitor subcon work progress and initiate action on-site to prevent delay on progress. 
To enforce subcon work done to follow technical specifications of construction drawing. 
To provide feedback to Engineer if there is discrepancy regarding on-site findings & construction drawing. 
To become liaison between subcon & authority if there is any emergency issue raise up on site. 
To monitor and control usage/quantity company provided material and equipment.
To assist company that every work done on site is handover to the company in timely manner and according to 
    what is being promise.

Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Certificate in Construction / Civil Engineering or relevant working experience 
At least 2-3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and understand basic construction methods 
Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and internal team. 
Familiar with basic site documentation (daily report, inspection checklist, progress tracking). 
Knowledge of site safety practices is a must. 
Responsible, firm, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. 
Willing to work on-site.
