BRANCH SUPERVISOR - Kuching
Responsibilities 
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily branch operations
Monitor cash flow and ensure proper handling
Review customer accounts and manage loan performance
Prepare reports on sales and branch performance
Handle customer enquiries and support digital services
Ensure compliance with company policies
Support audits and reporting

Team Leadership
Lead and guide branch staff
Monitor team performance and targets
Train and develop team members
Ensure good customer service

What We’re Looking For
Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance or related field
2–4 years’ experience in financial services industry
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skills
