QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
Salary: RM4,500 – RM5,000  - Location:  Kuching (Head Office)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in QS / construction field
Knowledge in tendering, BQ, costing and contract matters
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Good analytical and negotiation skills
Job Scope:
Prepare tender documents, BQ and cost estimation
Handle progress claims, VO and final accounts
Monitor project cost and budget control
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors
