TECHNICIAN

TECHNICIAN - Kuching
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspection, maintenance,  building maintenance, facilities, and equipment.
Handle electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repair works as required.
Monitor and execute scheduled maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs.
Keep proper records of maintenance work, repairs, and service schedules.
Assist in coordinating with external contractors and service providers when necessary.
Support general operational tasks, including minor renovation and setup works for school activities.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
