ACCOUNT CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT - Kuching
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
Handling and preparation of project quotation
Manage office supplies, purchases, and inventory
Handle general office administration and clerical tasks
Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and digital)
Assist in general office administration and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
STPM or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
