
PURCHASING OFFICER - Kuching
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Source, negotiate, and liaise with overseas suppliers, China.
Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and stock movement
Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement needs are met
Minimum Degree in any related field
Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
Computer literate, familiar with stock control and purchasing processes
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work under pressure
Experience in purchasing or procurement will be an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
