FIELD SUPERVISOR

FIELD SUPERVISOR @BALAI RINGIN, SARAWAK 
Requirements:
Experience in crop farming, agriculture or plantation operations.
Strong practical knowledge of crop growth, pests and fertilizer application.
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage and coordinate farm workers effectively.
Familiarity with farm machinery and basic maintenance.
Willing to work outdoors and travel within plantation areas.
Literacy with computer.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all stages of corn cultivation, including land preparation, planting, fertilizing, 
    spraying and harvesting.
Monitor crop health and identify issues affecting growth.
Troubleshoot field problems and implement practical solutions to improve yield and crop 
    performance.
Manage and supervise farm workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Oversee maintenance and proper use of farm machinery and equipment.
Monitor and manage inventory of fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides and other farm inputs.
