MARKETING MANAGER

MARKETING MANAGER- Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
To develop and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organization's objectives.
To strategies planning for marketing and promotions.
To design and implement advertising and promotional campaigns including but not limited to publication, newsletter, road shows, sales launching for all projects and application of permit or license.
To responsible for documentary reviewing and reporting of marketing promotional performance and activities.
To liaise with media for advertisement and press publicity planning.
To liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, as well as crew members for all ground operational requirements and task.
To prepare annual marketing budget planning.
To undertake other duties and tasks which may be deemed expedient in the course of administration all marketing/sales and promotions and to assist the Management in all other matters of related works as and when directed.
Qualification: 
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns.
Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team to meet goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication for creating content and presenting strategies.
Capability to plan, analyse, and implement market research and brand awareness campaigns.
Strong organizational skills to manage budgets and meet tight deadlines.
