
PROJECT MANAGER - Miri
Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
Ensure projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Manage and supervise the project team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, with experience in a range of project types and sizes
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
