QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR  - Kuching
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of cost estimation, contract administration, tendering process, and construction materials.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QS-related software (e.g., AutoCount, CostX, or similar), and basic knowledge 
    of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Good communication skills, able to liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants; detail-oriented, 
    responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
At least 2 years experience in procurement
