Job Description:
Oversee daily clinic operations
Manage staff schedules and performance
Ensure excellent patient service and smooth workflow
Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
Monitor sales, targets, and clinic performance
Ensure compliance with SOP and regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years in management (clinic/hospitality preferred)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and able to multitask
Sales-driven mindset is an advantage
