WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least an SPM certificate (minimum);
Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Chinese will have an  added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain inventories and supplies by receiving, storing and delivering items
Move inventories by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse to cold room, coordinate inventory transfers with related departments
Train, assign, schedule and supervise warehouse staff
Plan, monitor and adhere to policies and procedures
Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews
Implement productivity, quality and resolving problems
Identify warehouse system improvements
Maintain storage area by organizing floor space
Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances, inputting data
Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, preventive maintenance and calling for repairs
Accomplish warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed
