SPEECH LANGUAGE THERAPIST (Kuching, Sarawak) 
Requirement:-
Min: Bachelor’s degree or above in Speech Language Therapy / Pathology from a recognized institution
Registered or eligible for registration with the relevant national or state regulatory body.
Min: Two (2) to three (3) years of clinical experience in Speech Language Therapy / Pathology
Strong analytical and excellent interpersonal ski ls, with a client-centered approach.
Proficient in conducting speech-language assessments, formulating diagnoses, and delivering evidence-based intervention.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

JOB DESCRIPTION::-
Develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's communication needs and therapy goals.
Assess, diagnose, treat and monitor a range of speech-language disorders, including cognitive communication difficulties, fluency disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, and voice disorders.
Guide clients in producing sounds correctly, improving voice quality, and developing oral and  written language skills for more effective communication.
Implement and support the Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) systems to empower clients with limited verbal communication to express their needs independently.
Conduct and document initial evaluations, ongoing progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
Consult family members on recognizing communication barriers, modifying interaction patterns,  and applying communication-enhancing strategies during home practice.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, client-centered care across settings.
Perform other duties and administrative tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
