CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Requirements :
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
10–15 years relevant experience with multi-project exposure.
Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with good quality.
Good understanding of construction sequencing, SPA stage billing, and authority processes 
DID, RCC, OP).
Good understanding of construction contracts and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
Hands-on, results-driven, and accountable.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to communicate in local Chinese dialect(s) is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversees all active sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with project 
cashflow and business objectives.
Lead and take full responsibility for all construction projects across the group.
Develop and manage master work programme, including scheduling, progress tracking, and alignment with HQ cashflow projections.
Plan, control, and drive project timelines, costs, resources, and construction progress in line with SPA stage billing milestones.
Manage site teams (Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, QAQC, Maintenance, operators and general workers) and ensure disciplined execution.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards (QLASSIC, QAQC), including subcontractor and supplier performance, and review drawings for discrepancies with value engineering solutions.
Prepare for and manage authority inspections, ensuring approvals for CPC, RCC, and OP, and coordinate with Lafrowda HQ, consultants, and authorities.
Oversee vacant possession handover and defect rectification.
