PRODUCTION MANAGER

Production Manager
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in related field.
Experience in the concrete industry is an advantage.
Strong understanding of production processes, workflow, and resource planning.
Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvement.
Proven experience in managing production teams and achieving operational targets.
Familiar with problem-solving tools (e.g., RCA, 8D, Lean concepts).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
