Key Responsibilities
Training & Event Support
Assist in organizing training sessions, venues, and logistics
Coordinate with vendors (food, venue, materials)
Support on-site setup, registration, and event coordination
Content Creation
Capture photos and videos during trainings and events
Edit short videos for social media (TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Add subtitles, music, and basic effects
Equipment Handling
Set up and operate cameras, microphones, and lighting
Ensure all equipment is prepared and maintained
Administrative Support
Prepare PowerPoint slides and training materials
Create simple designs (Canva, posters, slides)
Organize reports and documentation
Requirements
Basic communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Comfortable using cameras for photos and videos
Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to travel when required
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Experience with TikTok or social media content
Event or training support experience
Creative mindset and good communication skills
Salary
RM2,000 – RM4,000 (based on experience)
