SITE IN-HOUSE SURVEYOR

SITE IN-HOUSE SURVEYOR  - Sibu
We are looking for a precise and proactive Surveyor to handle site measurements and ensure our construction works 
align perfectly with design drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Setting-Out: Mark site levels, coordinates, and boundaries according to approved drawings.
Measurement & Verification: Conduct surveys to verify that construction work meets specifications and prepare as-built data.
Collaboration: Work with the project team and Sub-cons to resolve any technical or measurement discrepancies.
Utility Detection: Conduct surveys for underground utilities and site logistics.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Surveyor in construction or civil engineering.
Proficient in Total Station, GPS, and Leveling instruments.
Ability to read construction drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently on-site.
Committed to following site health and safety standards.
