QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kuching )
Job Description
To initiate, prepare, coordinate, taking off quantities, price, compile, check and to complete 
    Project Tender Document Submission.
To coordinate, check, verify and evaluate all relevant document for the interim Progress 
    Claims and Interim payment Certificates, inclusive of documents from Consultants, 
    Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
To initiate and conduct the joint inspection for valuation of work done with external and 
    internal stakeholders, as and when necessary.
To initiate, check, verify and evaluate all Variation Orders (VO)

Requirements
Minimum level of education: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor
1 or 2 years of experience
Good at English & Melayu
Driving License and Own Transport
