MECHANICAL ENGINEER

MECHANICAL ENGINEER - 1 Position (Kuching)
Requirements:
Working experience 5 years or more preferably in M&E consultancy field.
Degree holders with relevant experience will be an advantage.

Job Description:
To prepare M&E proposal and to carry out M&E design to suit client’s requirement.
To prepare cost estimate, bill of quantities and tender documents
To assign and delegate duties to engineering assistants and Draughtspersons.
To attend meetings, to co-ordinate with the client and design consultant team on design issues and  to liaise with clerk-of-work to resolve site problems.
To liaise with the local authorities on approval of drawings, release of connection charge etc.
To validate payment, claim by M&E contractor and prepare payment certificate for the client.
