PROJECT ADMIN (Kuching)
Job Summary
The Project Admin supports project operations by coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and assisting
communication between teams. This role ensures projects run smoothly by maintaining records, scheduling
meetings, preparing reports, and supporting project managers in daily administrative tasks.
Job Description/Responsibility:
Document Management
Maintain and update all project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and others related files.
Implement and manage documents control processes to ensure all project information is accurate and easily accessible.
Coordination and Distribution
Coordinate the distribution of project documents to both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, and other communication materials.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the project team, including arranging meetings, managing calendars and organizing travel plans.
Process Improvement
Work closely with the project team to identify and implements improvements in document management processes.
Audit and Compliance
Conduct regular checks on the document management to ensure everything is up-to-date and in compliance.
Education:
Candidate’s must possess at least a SPM/Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business or any related field.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a project administration or document control role, preferably in property developer firm.
Skill
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Keep eye for detail and high accuracy in work.
Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Work Style
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
