ACCOUNTANT

ACCOUNTANT - JALAN PENDING, KUCHING 
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost control, and high-volume transactions.
Proficiency in ERP System and MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, credit control and reconciliations.  
Prepare monthly management reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory regulations.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ad hoc task or assignments when required.
