ADMIN

Location: PropNex Sarawak, Saradise

Job Description:

Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule and appointments
Assist in assigning and following up tasks with various departments
Prepare and draft official letters and documents (especially in English)
Handle documentation and filing system
Manage monthly bill payments and administrative records
Provide general administrative and office support
Assist in event coordination and marketing activities when required
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu
Strong writing and communication skills, especially in English
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good personality and positive work attitude, responsible and self-discipline.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary will commensurate with experience.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.
