FORKLIFT DRIVER 
Requirement: 
Minimum SPM and above
Physical requirement
Ability to operate powered industrial machinery
Able to identify products defects and quality according to quality plan
Able to practice housekeeping and cleanliness under 5s requirement
Able to work independently and report works progressively
Responsibilities:
Clean and check vehicle in daily/weekly/monthly basis
Daily working output recording and reporting
Finished goods and raw material internal
Housekeeping at workplace and practicing 5S system
Raw material receiving inspection, recording and handling
Responsible for product loading and quantity check before customer delivery
Responsible for product packaging and identification before customer delivery
Scrap and disposal items handling
Service and maintain Factory Vehicle (Forklift/Lorry) in regularly basic
