Responsibilities:
Carry out office & factory building defect inspection, including Lighting, power socket and cable, water and pipeline, flooring and walkway, wall and ceiling, window, and access condition.
Perform building maintenance, repairing and services (plumbing and piping fitting, Electrical power and socket installation, carpentry, and painting work)
To support staff/visitor activities and events
Workplace greenery, landscaping maintaining & management
Able to carry out immediate action on daily tasks and duties.
Carry out 5S housekeeping system and recycling activities according to [5S Task List]
