FIELD ASSISTANT TO REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATOR - Kuching
Position Overview
Salary: RM 2,000 - 2,400 per month.
Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Daytime Only).
Flexibility: Must be willing to work on Saturdays as part of the 5-day rotation to accommodate property viewings. Sundays are not required.
Company Vehicle: Provided for all official viewings and site visits with the Negotiator.

Key Responsibilities
Transportation & Logistics
Serve as the primary driver for the Negotiator to all property viewings, site inspections, and client meetings.
Navigate efficiently across Kuching, Samarahan, Asajaya, Serian, and Bau.
Ensure the company vehicle is meticulously maintained, cleaned, and fueled at all times.

Property Preparation & Field Support
Execute "Property Setup" protocols prior to viewings, including managing lighting, ventilation, and presentation.
Install and manage physical marketing assets, such as hanging property banners.
Run business-related errands and handle ad-hoc field tasks as assigned.

Media & Content Capture
Capture photos and videos of property listings using smartphones.
Operate drones for aerial property footage (training provided).
Ensure all visual assets accurately represent the property for marketing purposes.

Required Qualifications
Essential Skills & Requirements
Driving License: Valid license with a clean driving record and high road safety awareness.
Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with roads and routes in Kuching and its outskirts.
Language: Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with smartphone photography and eager to learn drone operation.
Personal Vehicle: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle for independent errands (reimbursable via 
    mileage/trip claim).
Personal Attributes
Punctuality: Exceptionally disciplined with time management.
Physical Fitness: Capable of handling outdoor tasks, including banner installation and property setup.
Reliability: High level of integrity when handling company assets.
