SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR - Mukah
Job Description:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce
Ensure all construction works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with site safety standards
Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management
Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance when required
Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of equipment
Maintain proper documentation, including daily site reports

Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Environmental Management or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in construction site supervision is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willing to work on-site and travel if required
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
Familiar with local construction regulations and safety standards
Basic knowledge of project management tools/software
