RESIDENT ENGINEER

RESIDENT ENGINEER  (Based in Trusan, Lawas) 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant site experience in construction projects 
Registered with relevant professional bodies (e.g., Board of Engineers Malaysia – BEM is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC processes, and contract administration
Ability to work independently and handle site challenge effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily construction works on site.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site issues
Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.
Verify work progress for claiams and payments.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
