Administration Staff / Helpdesk
Experience in FM admin or helpdesk operations.
Handling complaints, work orders, reporting, and documentation.
Minimum 3 years experience.

Key Responsibilities (All Post)
Execute daily facility operations and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with SOP, SLA, and safety requirements
Attend to complaints, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain proper documentation and reporting to HQ
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Advantage (Lawas Sites)
Experience working in remote locations / site-based operations
Multi-skilled capability (especially technician roles)
Able to handle multiple responsibilities with minimum supervision
