Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
Minimum 5 years experience
Minimum 5 years experience in FM / building operations
Able to lead site operations, reporting, and client engagement

Lawas, Sarawak

Key Responsibilities (All Post)

Execute daily facility operations and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with SOP, SLA, and safety requirements
Attend to complaints, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain proper documentation and reporting to HQ
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Advantage (Lawas Sites)

Experience working in remote locations / site-based operations
Multi-skilled capability (especially technician roles)
Able to handle multiple responsibilities with minimum supervision
