HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE - 1 VACANT (Kuching)
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices.
Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO & EIS)
Proficient in HR/Payroll systems or Microsoft Excel
Experience in handling recruitment and onboarding processes independently.
Ability to identify training needs and coordinate suitable training programs for employees.
Exposure to HRDF claims and training administration is an added advantage.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of staff qualifications licenses, and compliance requirements.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
