OPERATION SUPERVISOR
Canaan Square, Kuching (Retail / Multi-Outlet Business)
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Operation Supervisor to join our team. In this 
role, you will take charge of daily operations, support team development, and contribute to 
continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the outlet maintains sufficient stock levels at all times
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet
Ensure the store adheres to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock management principle
Update expiration dates based on pull-out dates
Monitor and oversee stock receiving processes
Ensure all fixtures are fully stocked and displayed appropriately
Provide feedback on wish order lists based on physical stock on hand
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in operations or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant 
    academic qualifications and certifications are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to work flexible hours if required
Salary Range : RM2200.00 – RM2600.00
