
COMPANY SECRETARY ASSISTANT
Requirement:
A Certificate, Diploma or degree in secretarial, law, accounting or related field;
At least 1 year of experience in company secretarial, corporate compliance, or legal administrative support or professional services environment;
Familiarity with the Companies Act 2016 and other regulatory requirements in Malaysia; and
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Responsible for:
Assist in the incorporation of companies, registration of changes and ensure that all statutory filings are completed accurately and on time;
Maintain and update statutory records, including the company’s register of directors, shareholders, and minutes of meetings;
File and submit necessary documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and other regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local corporate regulations;
Assist in the communication and coordination with regulatory bodies for corporate filings and compliance matters;
Prepare and review corporate documents such as resolutions, agreements, and other legal paperwork; and
Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary, assist with corporate restructuring, and handle other company secretarial tasks as required.
