QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, variation costs, tender submissions, project schedules, and valuations.
Monitor and manage project cost control to ensure cost effectiveness and budget compliance.
Prepare and monitor Variation Orders (VO), and ensure timely submission of VO costs and monthly progress claims.
Attend site meetings and conduct site joint valuations with consultants or relevant parties.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and suppliers on contract and cost-related matters.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
