
ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - Kuching
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a related field.
Familiar with QuickBooks/AutoCount accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of SST and e-invoicing will be an added advantage.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Malay.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Job responsibilities
Assist in handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, issuing cheques, and processing online transactions.
Assist in vendor reconciliation.
Key in accounting data and maintain proper records and filing.
Handle correspondence with clients and vendors regarding invoice discrepancies or payment inquiries.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
