RESIDENT ENGINEER
Requirements:
Candidates should hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 10 years site supervision experiences and project administration.
Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) 
Responsible to supervise the planning, co-ordination and implementation of project construction.
He/she shall ensure the project implementation adheres to all plans and regulations, and safety measures are appropriately taken.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and progress of construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and safety standards
Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, and other technical documents
Manage and supervise the work of site engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure the quality and efficiency of construction activities
Monitor and document project progress, budget, and any changes or variations
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
Collaborate with the project team to find innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
Collaborate with the project team to resolve any arising contractual issues from time to time during the construction implementation stage of the project.
