
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Job description:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Project Administration
Assistant to support the Head of Department in managing operational data,
project claims and procurement documentation. This roles plays a key part in
ensuring accurate records, smooth coordination and efficient project support
operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Department in reviewing and checking project claims and supporting documents.
Collect, organize, and maintain operational and project-related data.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain procurement records.
Track and monitor claim submissions, approvals, and payment status.
Verify documentation related to project claims, invoices, and expenses.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and project personnel for data and documentation.
Prepare periodic reports on claims, project costs, and operational performance.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for project and procurement records.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
At least 2 years of working experiences in project administration, data analysis, claims, or procurement
telecommunication or construction industry preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
Posses a valid Class D driving license.
