ACCOUNTANT

ACCOUNTANT - Kuching
Job Description:
Prepare full set of accounts including data entry and preparing of payment.
Prepare, review, compile and analyse various reports and budgets to the Management.
Monitoring costing and report on variances to management.
Ensure the accuracy of financial information and documents, as well as the compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Monitoring company’s cashflow position.
Reconcile financial discrepancies and errors by collecting and analyzing financial information.
Review financial reports for annual financial audit purpose.
Review draft audited financial statements, tax computations.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
Undertake other assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and professional qualification in ACCA/CPA/CIMA (Completed or Final Stage), or equivalent.
Minimum eight (8) years’ work experience in accounting field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software.
Able to prepare full set of account with minimum guidance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
A Strong team player, have good Time-management skills.
