
ACCOUNTANT
At least minimum of two (2) years of experienced in accounting role. Doing full set of account.
Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures (key in/ doing data entry) in any accounting software. UBS accounting software (added advantage).
Experience in bookkeeping /issued and submit E-invoice (added advantage)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to priorities task effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
Update daily accounting records (AP/AR) in the accounting system.
Doing payroll, staff claims, petty cash, and payment vouchers.
Assist in bank reconciliation, checking statements, and monitoring payments received/issued.
Support month-end closing tasks and liaise with external accountants/auditors when needed/required.
