Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Sorting and filling of documents
- To prepare daily operation reports & admin task
- To carry out any other duties & job functions instructed from time to time
- Responsible for all warehouse operation activities, receiving, deliveries, coordinating stocks arrangement
- Ensure on time delivery according to plan
- Any other tasks as assigned
- Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders and addressing complaints
- Answering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records
- Record down customer order and do billing to customer.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Computer literacy in MS Word / MS Excel
- Relevant working experience is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
- Team player with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
