IT SUPPORT - Kuching
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
2 years’ work experience in IT fields, independent, quick learner, detail – oriented.
Strong diagnostic/ problem solving and time-management skills.
Collaborating effectively with team members.
Fluent in Mandarin, English and BM.
Knowledge in Windows/Mac OS/ Autocount software, etc. would be an added advantage
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
Tasks include:
Support & Troubleshooting: Providing technical assistance to employees via phone, chat, or in-person for hardware/software issues.
Hardware/Software Management: Installing, upgrading, and maintaining computers, printers, servers, and software systems.
Network Maintenance: Setting up and troubleshooting local networks (LAN/WIFI) and any other network device.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
Willing to travel if needed.
Additional information:
Training and guidance will be provided.
Able to start work immediately is preferred.
