
ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Requirements:
Diploma / LCCI in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Key in accounting data and maintain proper records and filing
Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
Support bank reconciliation and month-end closing
Follow up on outstanding payments when required
Provide general administrative and accounting support
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
