PROJECT MANAGER (Project Selangau, Sibu)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant construction experience
Strong leadership and project management skills
Good knowledge of local authority requirements and regulations
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee overall project planning, execution, and completion within timeline and budget
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports to management
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Manage project costs, variations, and contract administration
Attend site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues
Liaise with authorities and stakeholders when required
