ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
At least 1 year of administrative experience (property management experience is an advantage)
Familiarity with landlord and tenant management processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to work independently and responsibly
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of tenancy agreements and property documentation
Basic accounting knowledge
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Responsibilities:
Handle administrative and clerical duties related to property management
Assist in managing communications between landlords and tenants
Maintain and update tenant and landlord records
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate rental payments, invoices, and basic accounts tracking
Handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner
Support property management team in daily operations
