Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Must be registered with CIDB accreditation
Possess Site Supervisor Certification (CIDB accredited) or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job description:
Manage and oversee daily construction site operations
Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and work activities
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion
