ADMIN ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and verify payments and process receipts accurately and timely within the finance system
Perform daily reconciliation of collections and support internal and external audits by ensuring records are retrievable and compliant.
Handle counter queries professionally and courteously to maintain service standards.
Assist in data entry and maintaining records.
Provide administrative assistance during day-to-day operations and perform any other related duties as assigned by Management or designated representatives.
