ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting;
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field;
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Computer literate and familiar with accounting software;
Accuracy and attention to detail; 
Self-discipline, proactive and able to work independently

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare full set of accounts and perform daily accounting functions;
Prepare bank reconciliation in a timely manner;
Record and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system;
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial and government authorities when required;
Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax requirements and company's internal control policies;
Prepare letters and documents; 
Maintain and ensure documentations are organized, filed and up-to-date.
